Scalloped broderie anglaise frills around the yoke and over the shoulders, satin ribbon bow with long trailing tails, double-layered organza overskirt gathered at the top for volume, edged in satin, splits softly at the back. Buttons at the back neck. Layer over white bloomers or a simple romper. Made in Japan during the licensed production era.
